Online fitness coaching: is like having a personal trainer in your pocket. No more scrolling on Instagram to find new workouts. No, no, we are taking our goals seriously.
This means having a planned gym/home program personalised to your goals and fitness level.
Health Guidance: This means having a health coach in your pocket five days a week to ask all the questions about exercise form, diet, what to eat at the café (almond croissant, obviously), what to do when you miss your workout or you've woken up bloated, tired, and your confidence is at an all-time low. A.K.A. I’m your go-to support, mentor, and cheerleader.
Oh, but what's the Mindset all about?...I’m so glad you asked 😉
Mindset Support: Isn’t just about building habits and routines. Mindset is all about building a new way of thinking, reacting, and how we take action.
This is where you look at why you lack consistency. Why am I so negative about my body or how can I stop self-sabotaging? With message support and coaching calls, we will dive deeper into why you do the things you do.

If you are training at the gym or at home your program will be catered to your goals and fitness levels, and will be updated every 6 weeks to keep you progressing forward. Worried you won't know what the exercise is? Don’t stress all programs are set up in your app with videos guides…oh and if you still aren’t sure send me a message or even better a video of your form and we can work through it together (or just swap it to a new exercises hehe)

Fortnightly we jump on a 60 minutes zoom coaching call to talk through how last week was and the upcoming game plan, but this is also the time we dive into the setbacks we had or the struggles and how to move forward. Along with celebrating the win, planning new goals and working on our relationship to food and our body. This is dedicated time and space for self development work and mindset support.

These check-ins aren’t just for me to hear how your week has been and where your head is at, but also for you to self-reflect on how your week was and how you might go about things differently next week. The more honest the better! You will always get a message or voice message response from me as well.

A LITTLE BIT
ABOUT my jouney
I know what it feels like to be stuck in the dieting cycle. Since I was 16, I’d tried it all! Calorie books, BBG, detox teas, F45, even ten years of vegan diets. Deep down, I was always trying to fix my body. But no matter what I did, it never felt like enough. I was left feeling broken, constantly overthinking food, and second-guessing what type of training was “best” for me. I lost trust in my body, and my confidence disappeared with it.
My breaking point came after yet another cycle of overeating and self-loathing (you know that feeling). That’s when I realised the problem wasn’t my body… It was how I felt about myself. My negative relationship with my body had spread into how I saw food and exercise. So I decided I was going to make a change, a MINDSET change. From trying to “fix” my body to, how can I take care of myself?.
At that time, I had already been a personal trainer for two years and had just started studying mindset coaching. I saw a huge gap in the industry: clients weren’t just struggling with workouts, they were struggling with their relationships with food, their bodies, and their own self-belief. Many didn’t feel confident in their choices, and the gym only added to their overwhelm.
That’s why my coaching goes beyond the gym. Training is just 10%, together we build a lifestyle you actually enjoy and can sustain. We focus on consistency, self-respect, and breaking the cycle of negative self-talk. Because true confidence comes from building habits that last, not chasing quick fixes.
I want you to know: you can achieve your goals and maintain results without ruining your relationship with food, exercise, or your body.

My coaching is focused on improving how you look after yourself and see yourself. Through the use of improving your mindset, habit and routines that support your lifestyle. Building your confidence in your body and with exercise to support your relationship to your body. The clients I tended to work with are new to the gym, staring their fitness journey or just want to improve their overall lifestyle.

Yes all coaching options have a minimum term of 12 weeks, you can pause your account in this time.

To put it simple if you feel stuck, mindset coaching is a space for you to have support and focus dedicated to how you show up for yourself and another set of eyes on patterns you might be falling into.
